Our Engineering team is currently transforming our well established communications platform into the next generation. We pride ourselves on solving complex problems through automation, advanced AI, bi-directional messaging and our APIs. We provide customers with elegant and intuitive solutions for direct communication through SMS and other messaging channels.
Our goals are to:
- Transform and modernise our CPaaS messaging platform and scale beyond 10x.
- Re-imagine our messaging integrations enabling our customers to scale conversations.
- Optimise and automate campaign experience through combining our AI/ML technologies with our data and insights.
Solving customer problems that deliver business value is core to the success of the product and design team at Kudosity. The minimum to achieve this success requires us to be customer-obsessed, collaborate across the business, show leadership, and help drive the adoption and growth of our products.

Our Marketing team is focused on maximising revenue growth to achieve Kudosity’s aspirations to scale. This can be achieved with focus on new customer acquisition and Go-To- Market strategy, as well as enhancing existing customer engagement. We strategically focus on Growth, Customer Lifecycle, Product Marketing and Brand.
Our goals are to:

- Deliver insight-driven customer engagement programs for exceptional customer experiences and revenue growth.
- Support operational excellence to scale the business via a strong mar-tech stack, employer branding and change management.
Our Finance and Business Intelligence department manages financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Building the core elements of business intelligence and gaining valuable insights for informed decision-making. We also ensure our customers are protected and adhere to industry compliance requirements for legal and ethical use of our services.
